Our 3rd Pitch

On **January 13, 2026** we took the stage again for our **3rd Pitch**. We presented our product, our positioning, and our plan—and we’re proud to have secured **3rd place** alongside strong competitors like MarxDev (1st) and Navance (2nd). Here’s what we covered.

1. A Presentation About Our Product → Demo

We didn’t just talk about the product—we **demoed** it. We showed how WAM Studio and the Devinche editor work in practice: creating diagrams, collaborating in a shared space, and making difficult diagrams easier. The demo made our value proposition concrete and gave the judges a clear picture of what we’re building.

2. USPs – Our Specialty (Competitive & Customer Analysis)

We presented our **Unique Selling Points** and how they come from a clear view of the market. Our **competitive and customer analysis** highlighted who we’re up against and who we’re building for. We showed where we differentiate: simplicity, collaboration, and a focus on outcomes rather than feature overload. That specialty is what makes Devinche’s offer distinct.

3. Product Vision → North Star

Our **product vision** is our **north star**. We shared where we’re heading: a platform that helps teams think and communicate through clear visuals, with design and usability at the centre. Every decision we make—from the MVP to future releases—is guided by this vision so we stay aligned and avoid drifting.

4. Relation to Our Company’s Identity

We explained how the product and the pitch connect to **Devinche’s identity**: our vision, mission, and values. The editor isn’t a side project—it’s an expression of who we are: innovation, excellence, and a commitment to next-gen digital experiences. That consistency between product and company story was a core part of the presentation.

We presented our **updated business idea and plan** and made it clear **how we make money**. We covered our revenue model, target customers, pricing approach, and how we plan to grow. Transparency on the business side was important to us—we wanted the judges to see a credible, sustainable path forward.
